Hello and welcome to Not Yet Asleep.

My name is Ellen and for as long as I have been married my husband has been plagued with my snoring!  I’ve also spent a fair few nights tossing and turning and staring at the ceiling with the stress of the day running through my mind!

At the moment I am also experiencing the perimenopause which causes night sweats.  All in all it has made me look at my sleep and come up with strategies to cope with sleep issues.  

Not Yet Alseep is my journey to help others sleep better as well as sharing my tips and tricks for a better night’s sleep whether you are at home or away on holidays.

There is nothing better than waking up from a great sleep with that amazing feeling that you are well rested and ready to get started with the day.
