There are days when my body feels like I could sleep forever. There are days where I seem to go round in a daze because I didn’t get enough sleep the previous night. Sleep is a biological necessity for us all. It is designed to help us maintain a healthy lifestyle. This research was completed a while back but I have my own findings to add to that.
