After a little research I realised it was caused by a number of factors from having a poor night’s sleep, stress and at times I was dehydrated.

My husband has had to put up with me snoring for so long that I opted for purchase a bed wedge to raise my head up so I wouldn’t snore. It really has helped as I haven’t heard him complain since I started to use it!
Doctors always tell you to rest well before baby comes but what if you are struggling to get enough sleep in the third trimester of your pregnancy? When pregnant I had no problem sleeping until the third trimester when I became very uncomfortable. It’s certainly a challenge to get comfortable when baby is ready to come out in to the world.
